Marinali
and Bassano
One of the most interesting personalities of the artistic panorama in the Veneto region between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, Orazio Marinali returns as a protagonist to the Musei Civici sixty years after the first and last exhibition dedicated to him in 1956 in his hometown, Bassano del Grappa.

The exhibition, which celebrates the third centennial of the sculptor's death, highlights the originality and strength of his creations, establishing a dialogue between the works of the Museum and those scattered throughout the city. These are flanked by the evocative shots of photographer Fabio Zonta.

Over sixty works, including drawings, sketches, terracotta models and monumental photographs, allow the rediscovery of a protagonist of Baroque statuary in its fascinating and peculiar Venetian version.
