The Civic Museums of Bassano del Grappa, in collaboration with Mondo Delfino Coop. Soc., propose a wide educational offer linked to the permanent collections, aimed at schools of all levels, in order to bring students closer to the knowledge and variety of the historical-artistic heritage preserved in the various locations of the Civic Museums, which ranges from 'archaeology to ceramics, from paintings to prints, from the animal world to the history of Bassano del Grappa.  On the occasion of the Brassaï. The eye of Paris exhibition, the offer expands with new workshops.

In order to facilitate the time requirements of school groups and facilitate access, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - upon reservation - the museum will be able to welcome classes starting from 9:00 am.

RESERVATION ISTRUCTIONS

By accessing the link a window will open allowing you to select the type of group:

“schools”: school groups from the last year of nursery school to the last year of secondary school. For this type of group the entrance ticket is free. The final amount that will appear during the booking phase will be that of the chosen educational activity.
“groups”: means all non-school groups. The total amount that will appear during the booking phase will be made up of the rate of the chosen visit and the cost of the reduced entrance tickets, added for each participant. “schools or groups visiting independently”: school groups or other groups who do not wish to use the guided tour service offered by the museum. However, booking their presence in the museum via the online platform is required. For these groups, only the reduced entrance fee will be paid.

Teachers who wish to book one of the proposed educational activities, after clicking on "schools" have the possibility to select the school group and/or the museum of their interest, otherwise by immediately clicking on "proceed" you can directly access the entire offer . After choosing the desired activity, by clicking on "choose" you can view the duration and cost of the activity, and then by clicking on "book" the fields to be filled in for booking purposes will appear. It is also possible to carry out a first simulation to check the availability of the desired date and time slot and the final cost, without proceeding with the actual booking.

To finalize the booking it will be necessary to enter the data of the school, of the person making the booking and of the group leader (if different from the person making the booking). Institutions that require an ELECTRONIC INVOICE must request it when booking online, ticking the appropriate box and entering the CUU code (Unique Office Code). The Municipality of Bassano del Grappa, owner of its own educational offer on which it boasts an exclusive right, provides an educational service pursuant to art. 117 of Legislative Decree 42/2004; if this service is requested by another public administration (e.g. a public school), the relevant contract is to be included among those excluded pursuant to art. 56 paragraph 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree 36/2023 and it follows that it is NO longer necessary to acquire the CIG. Schools that need to include the CUP in the electronic invoice, once the online booking phase has been completed, are asked to report it by writing to: → didatticamuseo@comune.bassano.vi.it

The person who made the online booking will receive an initial confirmation via email that the booking has been taken care of, who will be assigned a code with the letter P followed by a number. Within 3 working days the contact person will receive a further booking confirmation email, with the summary form attached, containing all the information relating to the booking itself. The email will indicate the total amount, the date by which to pay it and the alphanumeric payment/deposit code with initial P.

The online payment, to be made by accessing the "Go to payment methods" link in the confirmation email, must be made exclusively by credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, the alphanumeric payment/deposit code with initial P indicated in the booking confirmation email must be entered in the reason for payment.

The activity is definitively confirmed only once payment has been made, to be made in advance within one month of use, except for any "last minute" bookings.

The request may be accepted subject to availability.

Any requests for changes to the booking (e.g. request for payment in cash) must be sent well in advance to:  →didatticamuseo@comune.bassano.vi.it

In any case, no type of refund is possible.
