Guided tours
The Musei Civici of Bassano del Grappa organize guided tours of the exhibition “Olivetti. The Art of Communication” and of the permanent collections of the Museo della Stampa Remondini and the Museo della Ceramica Giuseppe Roi. The guided tours, intended for groups, will take place during the opening hours of the Civic Museums, with a maximum of 20 people per group.
Rates for a one-hour visit:
→ Guided tour of the exhibition in Italian: €80 per group
→ Guided tour of the exhibition in English: €100 per group
Rates for a one-and-a-half-hour visit:
→ Guided tour of the exhibition + permanent collections of Palazzo Sturm in Italian: €110
→ Guided tour of the exhibition + permanent collections of Palazzo Sturm in English: €130
Rates for a two-hour visit:
→ Guided tour of the exhibition + permanent collections of Palazzo Sturm in Italian: €130
→ Guided tour of the exhibition + permanent collections of Palazzo Sturm in English: €150
For groups, the indicated rate does not include the entrance ticket.

RESERVATION ISTRUCTIONS
By accessing the link a window will open allowing you to select the type of group:
“groups”: means all non-school groups. The total amount that will appear during the booking phase will be made up of the rate of the chosen visit and the cost of the reduced entrance tickets, added for each participant.
“schools or groups visiting independently”: school groups or other groups who do not wish to use the guided tour service offered by the museum. However, booking their presence in the museum via the online platform is required. For these groups, only the reduced entrance fee will be charged.
By selecting one of the types of groups it will be possible to view all the activities that can be booked in the various locations of the Musei Civici.
After choosing the desired activity, by clicking on "choose" you can view the duration and cost of the activity; then by clicking on "book" the fields to be filled in for booking purposes will appear.
It is also possible to carry out a first simulation to check the availability of the desired date and time slot and the final cost, without proceeding with the actual booking.
To finalize the booking it will be necessary to fill in the information of the group contact person, including the email address to which an initial feedback of the reservation process will be send.
A code with the letter P followed by a number will be assigned to the reservation.
Within 3 working days the contact person will receive a further booking confirmation email, with the summary form attached, containing all the information relating to the booking itself. The email will indicate the total amount, the date by which to pay it and the alphanumeric payment/deposit code with initial P.
The online payment, to be made by accessing the "Go to payment methods" link in the confirmation email, must be made exclusively by credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, the alphanumeric payment/deposit code with initial P indicated in the booking confirmation email must be entered in the reason for payment.
The activity is definitively confirmed only once payment has been made, to be made in advance within one month of use, except for any "last minute" bookings.
"Last minute" reservations, within 10 days of the desired date for the activity, can be requested by writing an email to: → didatticamuseo@comune.bassano.vi.it
The request may be accepted subject to availability.
Any requests for changes to the booking (e.g. request for payment in cash) must be sent well in advance to: → didatticamuseo@comune.bassano.vi.it
In any case, no type of refund is possible.
