Residents in the municipality of Bassano del Grappa enter free of charge to the permanent collections of the Museo Civico, Sturm Palace, Bonaguro Palace and Torre Civica.
We remind you that:
- It is necessary to arrive at the Museum at least 10 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket.
- One purchased, the ticket cannot be changed, canceled or refunded.
- Visitors entitled to reduced or free tickets must show their ID and/or proof of credentials to staff carrying out checks on the day of the visit.

Accessibility
The exhibition and educational rooms of the Civic Museum and Sturm Palace are fully accessible. A wheelchair is available in the cloakroom of the Civic Museum. For visitors with mobility impairments access is provided as follows:

Cloakroom
Free service on the ground floor of the Civic Museum. Before entering the exhibition halls, visitors must deposit luggages, backpacks, umbrellas and large bags in the cloakroom.
Wi-Fi
Connection to Wi-Fi is available upon registration.
Animal access
Guide dogs are welcome in all our venues, in other cases access to animals is not allowed.
Food and drinks
It is not permitted to consume food or drinks inside the Civic Museums of Bassano del Grappa exhibition halls and rooms.
