The purchase of the online ticket for the visit to the Civic Museums of Bassano del Grappa entails acceptance of the following conditions, without prejudice to particular conditions agreed between the parties. Prices are expressed in euros (€). The particular conditions of the ticket will be made effective only upon presentation of a document certifying the right to the reduction at the ticket office of the chosen museum venue.

It is possible to purchase tickets online, compatibly with the availability and type of ticket chosen. The visitor will receive a payment confirmation email with the PDF version of the ticket attached, valid directly for entry to the museums.

There will be no refund of tickets in the event of partial or total cancellation of the visit. You must show up at least 10 minutes before the booking time. In case of delay compared to the scheduled time, not attributable to the Civic Museums of Bassano del Grappa, it is not possible to guarantee immediate entry; it is possible to verify, by agreeing with the staff on duty and compatibly with the times still available, a further time in which to carry out the visit. However, entry is not guaranteed.

The Civic Museums are responsible exclusively for the price of tickets purchased on the official website or at the on-site ticket offices. In the event that the entrance ticket has been purchased by parties other than those indicated above, or if this ticket has been lost, stolen, duplicated or tampered with, then the ticket holder may not be authorized to visit the museum.
