From May 13 to July 31, 2022, the Civic Museums of Bassano del Grappa will present Sentimental Journey, an exhibition dedicated to the photographer and artist Cesare Gerolimetto, staged in the setting of Sturm Palace.

Promoted by the City of Bassano del Grappa and realized by the Civic Museums in collaboration and with the support of Rotary Distretto 2060, Rotary Club Bassano del Grappa and Rotary Club Cittadella - which have always been close to the city and its museums - the exhibition pays tribute to the work of Cesare Gerolimetto in his Bassano del Grappa.

Ironic and curious observer, Gerolimetto captures with his shots the poetry of everyday life with intense wonder and lightness, leading the observer by hand to discover the world and emphasizing the importance of its protection. To him we owe some of the most beautiful and evocative views of Bassano del Grappa and its Ponte Vecchio.
