The European Heritage Days, the largest and most widely attended cultural event in Europe, are promoted by the Council of Europe and the European Commission, and coordinated in Italy by the Ministry of Culture. “Protecting Heritage. Renewing, Resisting, Reinventing” is the theme of the 2026 edition, inviting reflection on heritage as a living reality, capable of transcending time and renewing itself through new forms of interpretation.

These themes are closely connected to the exhibition Olivetti. The Art of Communication, hosted at Palazzo Sturm of Bassano del Grappa and dedicated to the extraordinary story of the renowned company from Ivrea, which succeeded in making communication and design tools for innovation and renewal, developing languages and cultural models that remain remarkably relevant today.
