From Bassano to Karthum
On the 250th anniversary of the birth of Giambattista Brocchi (Feb. 17, 1772, Bassano del Grappa - Sept. 25, 1826, Khartoum, Sudan), the Library celebrates with an exhibition its founder, distinguished citizen of Bassano renowned for for the cultural legacy entrusted to his writings and naturalistic collections.
