Exploring English Classics
Resumes Exploring English Classics, an English spoken cycle of encounters dedicated to Anglo-American literature and curated by Christopher Bacon, graduated in English Language and Literature at the University of Edinburgh and English lecturer at Università degli Studi di Verona.
A new all-female cycle with five great writers: Jean Rhys, Kate Chopin, Muriel Spark, Elizabeth Smart e Toni Morrison.

Development of the meetings
The conferences are held at 5:30 pm at the Biblioteca Civica di Bassano del Grappa.
Each meeting is an hour and a half long. There will be two encounters dedicated to each novel: the first one is assigned to the analysis of the novel by the lecturer; the second one, after an autonomous reading of the text, involves the readers' active participations.
